In the quiet of morning, before the day starts,
She prays for her family, with love in her heart.
Her hands prepare meals that nourish and heal,
Every choice made with wisdom, every plate full of zeal.

She stirs in the kitchen, with laughter and cheer,
Keeping her loved ones strong year after year.
When they sigh at the thought of a workout to do,
She smiles and says, “Come, it’s good for you!”

She juggles her work and the chores of the day,
Keeping the home warm in a gentle way.
She brings balance and order, yet her spirit stays light,
Her patience a lantern that glows through the night.

Her wellness is more than the body alone,
It’s the kindness and goodness in actions she’s shown.
Her joy is a fountain, her peace like the dove,
Her life is a mirror of God’s perfect love.

She shows self-control when the world says “indulge,”

*Ingredients:*

- 4 slices We Love Low Carb Sourdough bread
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp vanilla paste
- 1/2 tsp caramel essence
- 1/2 tsp SureSlim sugar replacer
- 2 organic bananas
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp caramel essence
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- Sugar-free Carb Clever Coffee or Chai flavoured ice cream (Woolworths)

*Instructions:*

1. *Make the French toast mix*: Whisk together eggs, vanilla paste, caramel essence, and SureSlim sweetener.

2. *Dip bread slices*: Coat We Love Low Carb Sourdough bread slices in the French toast mix.

3. *Cook French toast*: Cook in a pan until golden brown.

4. *Caramelize bananas*: Cook organic bananas in butter with SureSlim sweetener, caramel essence, and vanilla essence until caramelized.

*Pan-Seared Tuna Steak with Smashed Avo Herb Recipe and Roasted Artichokes 🐠🥑*

*Ingredients:*

- 1 fresh tuna steak 🐠
- 1/2 avocado 🥑
- 1 tbsp capers 🍈
- 1 tbsp rocket 🌱
- 1 tbsp fresh coriander 🌿
- 1 tsp h**p pesto
- 1 tsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp lemon juice 🍋
- Ina Paarman's garlic black pepper and salt 🧂
- 4 artichoke hearts, roasted
- Butter for pan-frying 🥖

*Instructions:*

1. *Braai or Pan-Fry the Tuna:* Season the tuna steak with Ina Paarman's garlic black pepper and salt.

Braai the tuna steak on the grill or pan-fry in butter until cooked to your liking. 🍳 I cook mine for 2.5 to 3.5 minutes max so that I have it seared on both sides and pink in the middle

2. *Smashed Avo Herb Recipe:* Mash the avocado in a bowl. Add capers, rocket, coriander, h**p pesto, mayonnaise, mustard, and lemon juice. Mix well. 🤯

3. *Roasted Artichokes:* Roast the artichoke hearts in the oven until tender. I buy mine already roasted from Woolies or SPAR

4. *Assembly:* Place the pan-seared tuna steak on a plate. Top with the smashed avo herb mixture. Serve with roasted artichoke hearts on the side.

Garnish with additional rocket and coriander if desired. 🌿 I like to use a few pieces of goats feta from Fairview available from Checkers

*Tips:*

- Make sure to not overcook the tuna steak.
- Adjust the amount of lemon juice and seasoning to taste.
- You can also add some toasted We love low carb bread on the side for a filling meal. 🍞

Cook the pancake mix in a non-stick pan🔥

Filling:
🥑 1/2 avocado, smashed
🎃 50g cooked pumpkin
🥚 1 boiled egg, sliced

Assembly:
1️⃣ Place the cooked pancake on a plate.
2️⃣ Spread the smashed avocado on one half of the pancake.
3️⃣ Top the avocado with cooked pumpkin.
