Last week we had the privilege of attending the Impilo Health Day.

The goal of the day was simple but powerful : to encourage, teach and empower one another to live a life of health and freedom. As Community Intervention Centre, we were proud to provide much-needed counselling support and mental health check-ins to patrons through out the event.

It was truly an empowering afternoon where many benefited from mental health education, open conversations, and a safe space to reflect and grow.

Together, we continue to break the stigma and strengthen our community- one healthy mind at a time.

In collaboration with SAPS and Community Intervention Centre, we had the privilege of donating clothes and essential items to families affected by the Dunoon fire.

While the flames may have passed and many have returned to their normal routines, for the victims the journey of rebuilding is only just beginning. The road ahead is long, and recovery takes more than a day, it takes continued support, compassion and community.

We remain committed to walking this long road with them, restoring dignity, hope, and stability one step at a time.
