Where did the allergy come from?
Did it suddenly appear one day? If you weren’t born with the allergy, the events in your life at the time can shed some light. Did you experience loss, shock or trauma shortly before the allergy started?
These three things help the nervous system to process trauma:
1. Run to work off the adrenaline
2. Express the emotions, cry and talk about it to someone who cares
3. Sleep
Often we do not get the opportunity to do these things that our neurology and body needs in order to process trauma at that time. As a result, the neurology then “files” the trauma under “not yet processed”, and then uses triggers to try and remind the body to process the shock.
Often, the next thing that the person is exposed to after the shock like band aid, food, a situation or substance can become a trigger for the nervous system to react. When the person is exposed to the trigger, even when not in a stress situation, the body can react.
How does one no longer react to the trigger?
With Kinesiology we use muscle monitoring to find the events and all information relevant to the allergy. We talk about the key emotional aspects that are components to the allergy developing and use any "correction" that is relevant to the person. "Corrections" can be acupressure, meridian work and many other tools.
If the allergy is life threatening, I advise clients to still avoid the allergen, but they will be equipped with the emotional understanding of what the allergy is trying to tell them.
Following this simple protocol has allowed my clients the freedom to no longer be limited by an allergy.
The sessions to treat allergies are two hours long. Follow-up sessions are not needed.
