Life gets busy but your body still needs fuel!

Skipping meals often leads to energy dips, poor focus and overeating later in the day.

Try keeping quick, protein-rich snacks on hand for those hectic moments.
Small prep = big payoff.

MYTH!
Sea salt and table salt may look different, but when it comes to sodium, they’re nearly identical. Too much of either can raise blood pressure and impact heart health.

Tip: Focus on how much salt you use, not the type. Flavour with herbs, spices, and citrus for a tasty, low-sodium boost!

Is coffee good or bad for you?
The truth is… it can be both!

The good:
Packed with antioxidants
Boosts focus and alertness
May support heart and brain health when enjoyed in moderation

The not-so-good:
Too much caffeine can disrupt sleep
Can trigger jitters, anxiety, or digestive upset for some
High-calorie add-ins (syrups, sugar, cream) quickly outweigh the benefits

👉 Bottom line: 1–2 cups of plain coffee a day can be part of a healthy lifestyle.

Listen to your body and enjoy it mindfully.

Too much of a good thing?

We love our coffee fix as much as the next person, but overloading on caffeine can do more harm than good. From jitters and restlessness to headaches and trouble sleeping, your body will let you know when it’s had enough.

💡 Tip: Most adults should aim for no more than 400mg of caffeine a day, that’s about 4 cups of brewed coffee. Listen to your body and swap in water or herbal tea when you’re reaching your limit.

Start your day with a glass of water before coffee, tea or food!

Hydration first thing in the morning helps kickstart your metabolism, flush out toxins, and boost your brainpower.
My tip: Add a slice of lemon for a refreshing detox hit! 🍋

Why the measuring tape beats the scale ⬇️

That number on the scale? It doesn’t tell the full story. Hormones cause daily weight shifts. Water retention plays tricks.

But your measurements? They show real progress.
- Lost centimetres around your waist?
- Jeans fitting better?
- Arms more toned?
That’s the transformation the scale can’t always show.

💡 Tip: Track your waist, hips, thighs, and arms once a month. You’ll be surprised how far you’ve come, even if the scale hasn’t budged.

Progress isn’t just weight, it’s shape, strength, and how you feel in your skin.
