Angie, an experienced runner, walked into Lauma's running studio, looking to refine her technique and improve her performance. As Lauma's first client, Angie was eager to share her knowledge and gain new insights from Lauma's running education program. With years of running under her belt, Angie had already completed several marathons, but she was struggling with a nagging injury that had been holding her back.

Lauma worked closely with Angie to identify the root cause of her injury and develop a customized training plan to address it. Through a combination of running drills, strength training, and flexibility exercises, Angie was able to rebuild her endurance and confidence. With Lauma's expert guidance, Angie was back to her old self, running stronger and more efficiently than ever before. She completed Lauma's program with a newfound appreciation for the importance of proper technique and injury prevention.
