Steady pace is the key phrase here.

Recovery is rarely linear. It needs patience, guidance and consistency.

From the first hello at reception to the final outcome assessment, we aim to create an environment where you feel supported, not rushed.

Care is not only clinical. It’s relational.

Thank you, Lucinda, for noticing.

Joyce is often the first point of contact — and always with a smile.

Her kindness and willingness to help set the tone for the entire patient experience.

Thank you for all you do Joyce! 🌱✨

💥 Shoulder pain often feels sudden.

But more often, it’s the result of small, repeated patterns over time — how you sit, how you reach, how your shoulder is supported (or not) throughout the day.

Subacromial pain is one of the most common shoulder conditions we see, especially in working adults.

The encouraging part is that many cases respond well to structured rehabilitation. Not by forcing movement, but by restoring balance, strength, and coordination in the joint.

If you’re a Bonitas member, shoulder treatment may also be covered through our DBC programme.

📣 A quick update for our Bonitas patients.

From 1 June, Bonitas will be transitioning to a new administrative system under Momentum. During this period, some claims may be rejected or delayed as systems are updated.

We understand how frustrating this can feel.

While this process is outside of our control, please know that we are here to support you — whether that’s helping you understand a claim, following up, or guiding you on next steps.

If you experience any issues, we encourage you to reach out to our team. We’ll do our best to assist and navigate this with you.

The aim of treatment is not dependency.

✨ It’s confidence.

When you leave with practical tools you can use at home — and an understanding of your own back — progress tends to last.

Claire, thank you for recognising the whole team, from reception to treatment room. Recovery works best when it feels supported at every step.

Health doesn’t exist in isolation.

It shows up in how we move, how we rest, and how we relate to the people around us.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family Day reminds us that support systems matter. The people who encourage you to keep going, who notice when you’re not yourself, who walk alongside you in both small and significant ways.

🌍 World Health Day brings us back to the bigger picture — that health is not just the absence of pain or illness, but the ability to live, connect, and participate fully.

At Fx Health, we see this every day.

When pain improves, people don’t just move better.
They re-engage. They reconnect. They return to parts of life that matter.

Health is personal, and it’s also shared.

Shoulder pain often sounds dramatic when explained in medical terms.

But many shoulder conditions respond well to progressive rehabilitation that restores coordination and strength.

The goal is not only pain relief.
It’s restoring trust in reaching, lifting and daily movement again.

If you’re a Bonitas member with persistent shoulder pain, you may qualify for funded shoulder rehabilitation through our DBC programme at Fx Health.

Contact Bonitas to check eligibility, or reach out to our team and we’ll help you understand your options.

It’s honest to say that rehabilitation can feel difficult at first.

New movements. Unfamiliar exercises. Soreness that raises doubt.

What makes the difference is steady guidance and a sense of safety in the process.

Johan, thank you for highlighting not only the clinical care, but the welcome you felt from the moment you walked in. Healing happens in that atmosphere.

Cartilage findings on a scan can sound alarming.

But cartilage changes are common, especially as we age — and they do not automatically mean severe damage or inevitable decline.

Knees are adaptable. With guided loading and steady strengthening, many people regain function and reduce pain. Fear often limits knees more than structure does.

If you’re a Bonitas member living with ongoing knee pain, you may qualify for funded knee rehabilitation at Fx Health through our structured DBC programme.

You’re welcome to contact Bonitas to check eligibility or speak to our team for guidance.

Sometimes progress begins with something simple: feeling supported.

A good therapeutic relationship matters. Trust matters. Being heard matters.

✨ We’re especially encouraged to receive this feedback as part of our new structured knee programme, now available to qualifying Bonitas members ✨

When the approach is thoughtful and collaborative, knees often respond well — not just with less pain, but with more confidence in movement.

Knee pain can slowly shrink your world — fewer walks, more caution, more planning around stairs and chairs.

But many knees respond well to patient, progressive rehabilitation that rebuilds strength and trust in the joint.

Movement doesn’t have to disappear with age.
It just needs a little more care.

“You’re not just good for the muscles, but good for the soul.”

Walking in with pain can feel lonely.

Being met with warmth changes everything.

Monica arrived barely able to turn her neck.
With care, patience, and steady work, she found movement again — and a bit more ease along the way.

Thank you for trusting Jonathan, Anke and our team with your recovery. Your words mean more than you know.
