I would like to empower as many couples as possible with knowledge, enabling them to be their own birth advocates. I am a trained Doula as well as a certified HypnoBirthing practitioner in the Mongan Method. I strongly believe that a woman's body is 100% capable of natural child birth. I believe I have the knowledge and skills to help her achieve her desired birth.

Real repair has three parts: ownership (I see what I did and I’m not defending it), empathy (I can feel what it was like for you), and a plan for change (here’s what I’ll do differently when we get back here).
