This past week has been quite the experience.
I have had the privilege of being invited to speak on Mens Mental health Concerns at the BMW IT Hub South Africa ().
a truly amazing company that cares for its employees.
I was able to run 2 talks a day spanning over 3 days. the topics presented were on Mens Mental Health, Men and Suicude and Men and Relationships. allowing for a thurrough coverage of some of the biggest concerns surrounding Mens Mental Health.
