Our Story
Shamanessence Services & Products™ - I offer modalities of self healing and personal growth, practical tools. The Feldenkrais Method is a somatic movement education for the whole self, specifically our brain & nervous system function, emphasizing mind & body awareness.
My background is in Contemporary dance, jewelry design, yoga and the healing arts. I created a grass roots vibrational healing products line in the mid 90’s which to this day I custom make, with the individual’s needs itemized in my manufacturing services.
The Feldenkrais Method has been a key element and background in my Healing Arts practice. It never ceases to amaze me how compassionate and loving this work can be offered, with a true science of humanity as a foundation of thinking, moving and Being alive.
