Sleep and Pain issues - on a personal note.
So for various reasons I have not taken my capsules for sleep, which also help with my pain, for almost a year.
I started taking them again the other day and boy do I wake up feeling refreshed and calm after a good nights sleep!
The number 5 indica works best for me, but people are different and some may need weaker or stronger.
I could really kick myself but I'm going to carry on with them rather.
