The truth is that most fathers are incapable to protect their families against violence, and most mothers can’t protect their children.

Truekrav’s mission is to deliver that capability in a way that others can’t match.

While most self-defence schools teach women how to protect their handbags. We teach women to protect themselves and their children when their lives are at stake.

And while most self-defence schools teach men how to fight out on a night with the boys, we teach men how to fight back in home invasions when they are the only barrier between violent criminals and their families.

Why we are not cheap !

We are far from being the cheapest self-defence option in Cape Town.

Shocking, I know.

But here’s the thing :
Cheap training is like a cheap parachute.
It’s absolutely fine… right up until it isn’t.

You’re not paying for a sweat session.
You’re paying for standards.

“The guy at Truekrav trains civilians like soldiers and it is not necessary to have that approach”

Heard that before from your “Krav Maga” instructor in Cape Town ?

This woman, probably disproves the notion that civilians should not train like soldiers 👍

It also proves that self-defence in reality is about a lot more than just hand to hand.

Also note that there was no time for fancy shooting stances, or using the sites on the gun.

Well done to her.

Also, what she does after shooting is truly exceptional.

And this proves that I am not crazy for teaching my members, what I taught them in class 2 Mondays ago.

Because you are NOT training self-defence if you do not train in the FULL-SPECTRUM.
