Dedicated to improving Well-being through e-Mobility, Sustainability and Community connection - guided by our 'Five Flows': Nature, Motion, Green, Community and Vitality. I’m the founder of Flow Evolution, and I’ve spent over 20 years in the Health, Fitness and Wellness world - working across the UK, Europe, and South Africa. Over the years, one thing has stayed constant: my passion for helping people, families and communities live well, move more and feel connected. I started Flow Evolution in 2016 with a clear purpose:
To improve the Well-being of people, families and communities. That mission still drives everything we do - only now, we’ve added two wheels and a bit of extra power. Today, our simple mission is:
To get more people moving Consciously and Efficiently - with e-bikes. At the heart of Flow Evolution are the 'Five Flows' - our way of bringing balance, energy and connection into everyday life:
