Existential therapy
I use an existential approach in therapy; looking at how we feel; at our thoughts, our opinions, at our pasts and present, and reflecting on the conclusions we may come to in our experience of life.
Becoming more conscious of our impressions, feelings and thoughts; the psychological-emotional is useful in finding better control in our lives.
I see my role as an advocate to my patients in their well-being.
