Dr Troost specializes as a general ENT surgeon. Here’s another nifty tip for you on this … The best way to avoid allergies is to avoid the cause.

Try to brush your pets more often to make sure all the dust they bring in is cleared, be sure to regularly mop and vacuum floors and carpets and be sure to service aircons regularly.
