So proud of our gorgeous mom of 3 Chonelle who’s smashed her first 10 visits to the club! She’s more energetic, sleeping better at night, clothes are fitting better, she’s lost 2kg, 12cm, 1.1% body fat, increased her muscle mass and hydration levels, she’s 1 year younger metabolically and she’s lost half a litre of visceral fat!!!🥳🥳🥳🔥🔥🔥💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻

Insane results in only 20 visits to the club!!! Mike is a critical care paramedic living in Qatar, he’s been down on holiday visiting his family and wanted to focus on his health and body shape before flying back! In 20 visits to the club he’s lost 33cm, he’s down 8% body fat, he’s gained 7kg lean muscle, he’s 18 years younger metabolically, his bone density has increased and he’s lost 3.5litres of visceral fat!!!!!😱💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻Way to go Mike!!! The only person I know who goes on holiday and comes home looking fitter and healthier!😅😅
