I have a special interest in treating sports injuries and musculoskeletal conditions. I am passionate about Physiotherapy because it promotes a conservative way of treating painful conditions. In my free time, I enjoy exercising and spending time with my family. Conditions that I treat:
Sports injuries, musculoskeletal conditions (such as neck pain, ankle sprains, sciatica, TMJ disorders, etc.), sinusitis, chest conditions (bronchitis, pneumonia, COPD, etc.), pre- and post-operative rehabilitation. Treatment modalities:
Soft tissue release,
lymph drainage massage,
sports massage,
dry needling,
taping,
spinal and peripheral joint mobilisations,
rehabilitation programmes,
nebulisation and respiratory rehabilitation,
electrotherapy (TENS and Ultrasound). I do home visits in the Panorama, Plattekloof Glen, Monte Vista, Welgelegen and Plattekloof areas. I charge medical aid rates and can submit directly to the medical aid for you.

Deep breathing strengthens your lungs, improves oxygen flow, and supports TB recovery. Try this simple diaphragmatic breathing exercise:

How to Do It:
1️⃣ Sit or lie down in a comfortable position.
2️⃣ Place one hand on your chest and the other on your belly.
3️⃣ Inhale deeply through your nose, letting your belly rise while keeping your chest still.
4️⃣ Exhale slowly through pursed lips, feeling your belly fall.
