It is completely normal not to always feel motivated and energized to train. Many people experience fluctuations in their motivation levels, and that's okay. The key is to establish a habit of regular exercise and stick with it, even on the days when you don't feel like it.

Over time, motivation can fade, but habits can help you stay consistent even when your motivation is low.

Creating good habits is indeed more important than relying solely on motivation. When exercise becomes a habit, it becomes a part of your daily routine, and you are more likely to engage in it regularly, regardless of how you feel.

Additionally, finding a form of exercise that you enjoy is crucial. When you enjoy the activity, it becomes easier to stick with it and make it a habit. So, continue to explore different types of exercise until you find the ones that you find enjoyable and fulfilling.

Ultimately, the goal is to make exercise a regular part of your life and prioritize consistency over relying solely on motivation. Keep up the great work, and continue to stay committed to your fitness journey! 💪

I have been working with Zane for almost 18 months, and it has been incredible. I have changed immensely in that time, not only physically but mentally. ❔Is intermittent fasting or fasting in general superior to just eating in a calorie deficit? Does fasting burn more fat?

Intermittent fasting has became extremely popular over the past few years.
Many people claim it is superior to just eating normally and in a calorie deficit.

The latest research shows that if calories are equal then the results are the same. Fasting offers no extra benefit in terms of fat loss.
Meaning if you eat all your meals in a short eating window (IF) or you eat all your meals over the whole day/night the results are the same as long as calories are the same and you are in a calorie deficit.

What this tells us is that the biggest driver of weight loss (fat loss) is being in a calorie deficit!

Both approaches will work as long as calories are controlled.
Whatever suits you best and helps you to stay on track do that👍
There is some evidence that Intermittent fasting lowers appetite in some people and helps them to stay on track and not overeat.
