The Integrative Healing Story

We all have a story about our health.

Some stories relay the pain we’ve experienced from accidents or trauma, others explain mental anguish, emotional losses and heartbreak. Most stories start with a symptom, then a visit to your GP, a prescription of medications and end with resultant gut imbalances, side effects and anxiety disorders.

So to cope, physically, mentally or emotionally with all of this and life, we further stimulate our story with alcohol, ni****ne, chemical products and processed food.

Enough is enough! It is time for each and every one of us to start telling a different story.
