Sacred connections

Located in the quiet Klein Karoo town of Barrydale, Asante is a place of healing and sacred solitude. The town of Barrydale is located on a very strong energetic ley line that runs from Worcester (Goudini Spa), through Montagu (hot springs) and into Barrydale. The energetic properties of this ley line are conducive to deep healing and connection to all there is.

A place of healing was borne in the mind of Lisa-Jane when visiting Barrydale with her 3 teenagers in 2014. There was something about the place that called to her soul. She strongly felt the urge to purchase the piece of land just in front of the non-denominational church at the back end of the town, looking across the village and into the Karoo beyond. The concept was simple. To create a place of serenity and peace: a house of love, a house that would hold any visitor in its warm blanket of universal love.

And so it is that Asante was created. A space where the skies are endless, the stars infinite and where your soul can expand into the depth of who you are.
