EduHelp is an independent and private enrichment/support learning/educational program designed to address the needs of learners who face challenges within the traditional schooling system. Rooted in the philosophy of nurturing the whole learner and whole person, EduHelp caters to each child's individual needs, recognizing that every learner is unique. Our approach encompasses a holistic view of educational wellness, drawing inspiration from concepts like the wellness wheel and integrated learning. With experience spanning from special needs to gifted children, EduHelp offers highly specific, practical, and innovative support. Our program is not traditional educational or school-based remediation; rather, it empowers learners to leverage their strengths for proactive and steady progress in their academic journey. At EduHelp, we understand that learning goes beyond academics. Our curriculum, anchored in English language proficiency, fosters development in reading, writing, comprehension, communication, and expression. We believe in celebrating the beauty of every difficulty and embracing the uniqueness of every child. EduHelp was born out of personal experience and a deep understanding of the challenges learners face. Drawing from backgrounds in psychology, cultural history, art, teaching, disability studies, and extensive academic research in learning methodologies and counseling, our program is grounded in evidence-based practices. Our team's expertise extends across various educational levels, from early childhood development to tertiary education. We continuously refine our methods through ongoing research and collaboration with professionals, ensuring that EduHelp remains at the forefront of innovative learning support. EduHelp also offers services to parents and guardians regarding parenting guidance and parent/guardian well-being. As a primary caregiver, you are your child's source of strength. Welcome to EduHelp, where we not only see the potential in every learner but also provide the tools and support they need to thrive. Disclaimer: While EduHelp offers comprehensive support for learners, it is important to note that our program does not replace specialized assistance when necessary. If your child requires specialized help beyond our scope, we will always make appropriate referrals. Additionally, while we strive to provide effective support, individual results may vary based on factors such as learning preferences and commitment to the program. We encourage parents and learners to engage with our team openly and communicate any concerns or questions they may have throughout their journey with EduHelp.

The gaps you may find in a child’s learning and foundational development if…

They have one or more retained Primitive Reflexes.

Primitive reflexes develop in the womb or when the baby is born. If unintegrated when the child is born, they can cause a whole slew of issues for the child as they grow older.

You may not know if a reflex is retained, but you will see some red flags that don’t make sense.

Some of the following delays you may find include:

🤭Delayed reading and writing skills
🤭Attention and focus trouble
🤭Sensory sensitivities
🤭Trouble with following directions and completing tasks
🤭Can be very emotional (fight or flight)
🤭Doesn’t know how to interact with peers

Children with retained Primitive Reflexes won’t “grow out” of them as they get older because the reflexes can’t integrate on their own. Many times, they will continue to cause trouble as the child enters adulthood.

To learn more about how you can integrate the reflexes and all the signs and symptoms you may find, leave a comment and we’ll send you the link!

Our Story

EduHelp is a completely independent and private enrichment/support learning programme that assists learners who find the schooling system challenging. EduHelp is for every child and caters for the child's individual needs. EduHelp has experience working from special needs to gifted children. EduHelp can be independent or complimentary specialised help. EduHelp does not replace specialised help - if necessary we always refer. EduHelp is not traditional educational or school based remediation. It is a highly specific, practical and innovative programme that teaches your child how to use their strengths to create positive progress in their work. EduHelp uses English as a foundation to develop reading, writing, comprehension, communication and expression. Our results speak for themselves - we see the beauty behind every difficulty, we see the uniqueness of every child, we see who they are - welcome to our independent support learning facility :) EduHelp was created by personal experience and understanding of 'being different' to the expected school ideologies of a learner, from a psychological, historical (culture) and art academic background (amongst other subjects studied in my bachelors), further academic knowledge in psychological research and counselling as well qualitative and quantitative research, working of knowledge of learning challenges, experience in management of educational facilities, working with a variety of learners and assisting them in reaching their potential (ECD, primary, secondary and tertiary level), continuous studying and research into 'how we learn', discussions with various professionals and developing my own knowledge. EduHelp is an innovative, creative, researched and practical approach to helping learners - using its own methods and ideas to assist learners.
