The journey began 1/4 of a decade ago! I have met and worked with amazing colleagues from all corners of the world. And now we have collaborated to produce this incredible book! Thank you for the opportunity especially to for forcing me to step WAY outside my comfort zone and to and (the editors)for their incredible drive and support for this creation. Can’t wait for the book launch and ‘see you all’ albeit online 5 September 2025.

Meet Jade… she is joining our team in January 2025. Here is abit about Jade:

My name is Jade, I am a Biokineticist with a passion for human movement science and exercise. I have a keen interest in post-op and pre-op rehabilitation as well as general and specific functional movement wellness. I am a people’s person and thrive on making meaningful connections with my patients. I believe in treating my patients holistically so that I can help them achieve their health, lifestyle and fitness goals.

I am a Cape Town local, an avid water baby, animal lover and runner. My hobbies include a scenic run followed by a mandatory coffee and pastry. I love a good dip in the ocean and on most occasions I will greet your dog before you, don’t be offended.

Reach out to me so we can help you achieve those 2025 goals together!
