We have been working with a new bakery in JHB for the last few months, the first 20 loaves will be available to the public this Saturday 26 July 2025 for the first time at Real Food Market Pretoria that is held every last Saturday of the month at Menlyn Maine shopping Centre
If you want to make sure you get one of the first 20 breads baked in JHB leave a comment below and we will save you one!

Below is a short letter from the new bakery to you...

"Before we even considered producing a single loaf for We ❤ Low Carb, Sourdough Delivered - founder, Ian, spent literally weeks in the kitchen testing, tweaking, and perfecting the recipe. Our founder tried 16 times before he was able to produce a loaf that met the correct standards!

Once he had it just right, we held a full training day with our sourdough bakers to ensure the complex process was fully understood and could be consistently reproduced, in order to deliver the same quality keto product you are used to.

Only then did we bake our very first batch for We ❤ Low Carb.

From there, we began scaling production, and we’re proud to say we’re now able to produce 20 loaves a week. A small beginning, but a beginning nonetheless.

As we continue to work with and understand this bread better, we’ll steadily increase output and be at full production very soon!

It’s been a real team effort, and we’re so excited to finally share it with you!"

Day 10: Carnivore diet! 🥓🥩🍗🍖🍳

The rules are simple - only animal products: meat, fish, butter, eggs, cheese, and cream.

This makes every meal 100% low-carb, high-fat, and high-protein without much thought.
A common mistake is eating a lot of meat but not enough fat, so don't be shy with that butter and keep the "meat" to a 100g - 150g.💪

Day 9 and we're loving this pastrami sandwich! 🥩👌

Everyone's sugar levels stayed pretty stable... except Mirriam, lol, what's going on with those numbers?! 🤣

Aside from her mystery readings, this sandwich is a winner, it was scrumptious! PLUS, super low impact on our sugar levels! 💯

We freshly bake and hand make the BEST LOW CARB & KETO bread on the market! Only made from nuts & seeds!

Starting from nothing in March 2016, we slowly built our product range and brand, doing as many local markets as possible and occasional large food events like Good Food & Wine Show!

Four years down the road, we now have our own shop in Gordon’s Bay (with so much more than just our delicious bread range!), employ 7 people and have over 9000 likes on Facebook! We still do some markets and also supply many retail outlets, restaurants plus we deliver to private clients anywhere in South Africa!

It is an adventure that has had many ups and just as many downs but we will never stop doing our best to provide innovative, healthy and high quality products!
