ARYA STANA is a dedicated breast and bone imaging centre located in Constantia, Cape Town. We now exclusively offer the New Hologic 3Dimensions Full Field Digital Mammography Unit with the Latest Clarity HD (High Resolution Imaging Technology) and The SmartCurve Stabilization System, supplied by Vertec SA.
SmartCurve offers a curved compression surface that mirrors the shape of a woman’s breast and this has been clinically proven to offer a far more comfortable Mammogram without increasing radiation dose or compromising image quality.
This latest release from Hologic is a new and improved design which includes 3D Breast Biopsy in addition to the revolutionary 3D Breast Tomosynthesis.
Apart from Full Field Digital Mammography Imaging, we offer High Resolution Breast Ultrasound, Image guided Breast Biopsy including Stereotactic guided Vacuum Assisted Breast Biopsy and Bone Densitometry (DEXA) scanning.

Dr Padayachee and her well trained team will offer exclusive training to any Hologic customers who may require training on the Hologic 3Dimensions Full Field Digital Mammography unit, Hologic Affirm Breast Biopsy Device and ATEC Suros Breast Biopsy and Excision System. Training will also be available on the Hologic Bone Densitometer.
