Your body is not just where trauma lives. She is also where your return happens.

Because when you start reconnecting with your body… not trying to override her, discipline her, or push her into calm… but actually listening… something soft begins to reorganize inside you.

You start noticing that you don’t abandon yourself quite as quickly in uncomfortable moments. You realize you can pause before reacting. You feel when something is a “no” before you override it. You begin to trust your own signals again.

It’s not dramatic. It’s subtle. But it’s life-changing.

How many times have you said “yes”…
when your whole body meant “no”?

That lump in your throat…
that tension in your jaw…
that quiet anxiety you can’t explain…

Sometimes it’s not stress.
Sometimes… it’s truth waiting to be spoken.

In today’s episode, I’m diving into the Gatekeeper of Truth—your voice, your expression, your right to be heard.

Not loudly. Not perfectly.

Just honestly.

If you’ve been feeling that lump in your throat… this one is for you.

Have you ever felt that quiet voice inside… and then doubted it instantly?
That’s self-gaslighting. It’s subtle, sneaky, and often goes unnoticed—until it starts running your life.

In this episode of Un-Patterned by Minky K, we explore how the silence of the Silent Child can grow into self-doubt that lives in your body, and what you can do to reclaim trust in your own voice.

We talk about small, real ways to anchor yourself in what’s true, how to rebuild your inner trust, and what it means to move toward Radical Trust -where your inner peace matters more than external judgments.

Your experience is real. Your voice matters. You are the sovereign of your own story.

Have you ever felt your voice catch in your throat… like the words are right there, but something stops them from coming out?

This isn’t just shyness.

This is something so many of us learned a long time ago… that it wasn’t always safe to speak, to feel, or to be fully expressed.

In my latest episode, I explore the Silent Child — the part of you that learned to stay quiet in order to belong, to be accepted, or simply to survive.

And more importantly… how we begin to gently give her a voice again.

If this resonates, I’d love to hear from you — when do you notice your voice disappearing the most?

Have you ever tried to speak… and felt your whole body shut down?

That lump in your throat.
The tight chest.
The words that just… disappear.

For the longest time, we’ve called it nerves. Anxiety. Overthinking.

But what if it’s not that at all?

What if your body is remembering something older…
A time when staying quiet was how women stayed safe.

In this episode, I explore the “ghost in the throat” — the inherited pattern of silence that still lives in so many of us today.

And how, gently… we begin to shift it.

If this resonates, I’d really love to hear from you… have you ever felt this?

Have you ever spoken in a meeting… and felt like no one actually heard you?

Then a few minutes later, someone else says the exact same thing and suddenly it lands.

This isn’t just confidence. There’s a deeper pattern at play.

In this episode of Un-Patterned, I explore why women still feel unheard at work - and how we begin to shift that, without forcing or over-performing.

I’d really love to hear if this resonates with you 💬

Have you ever caught yourself saying,
“I will never be like my parents…”

…only to later notice a reaction, a behaviour, or a pattern that feels strangely familiar?

Family patterns can run quietly through generations.

Silence.
Shame.
Secrets.

The things everyone knows about… but nobody talks about.

In this week’s episode of Un-Patterned, I explore why cycles of abuse repeat across families and society, why silence often protects those patterns, and why breaking them requires enormous courage.

Many of us grow up believing certain behaviours are “normal,” simply because it’s all we’ve ever known. But when we begin to understand trauma, survival responses, and family systems, something powerful becomes possible.

Awareness.

And awareness is often the first step toward healing.

Becoming the person who says “the cycle stops here” is not easy work. But every person who chooses awareness over silence begins to change the story — not only for themselves, but for the generations that follow.

Here’s a relationship dynamic that many of us experience without even realizing it has a name.

It’s when you slowly lose your sense of yourself… when your mood depends on theirs, when you feel responsible for their emotions, and when space feels uncomfortable instead of freeing.

This is called enmeshment.

In this episode of Un-Patterned, I talk about how enmeshment forms, why it often begins in childhood, and how gently untangling yourself allows you to come back home to who you really are.

If you’ve ever felt like mashed potatoes - emotionally blended into someone else - this conversation is for you.

A Life Outgrown

There’s a moment we don’t talk about enough —
when the life you worked so hard for no longer fits.

Nothing is “wrong”.
You’re not ungrateful.
You’re evolving.

This in-between space can feel uncomfortable, confusing, even lonely…
but it’s often a sign that an old cycle is ending and something new is forming.

Before you rush to fix, escape, or force clarity, pause and ask yourself:

Am I trying to escape… or am I being invited to expand?

Soul Essence

“Soul work is the core need of every path and every pursuit. Without it our lives feel empty, dead, directionless and meaningless. Without it, we remain psychologically and spiritually immature, In other words, without soul work, we can never ripen into our fullest potential. “Mateo Sol”

Family Constellation offers one a unique tool in order to connect and work on a soul level.

Healing entanglements and belief systems within our family system. We take on behavioral patterns and follow in our parents and ancestors footsteps on a subconscious level - we are not even aware we are doing so. Here we are able to heal and restore the flow of love by honoring their journey and giving it back.

Through family Constellation we are also able to heal the Mother Wound which is passed down the Matriarchal line from one generation to the next, from Mother to Daughter. This is where we keep ourselves small, unable to shine our light and step into our power as woman, out of loyalty to our Mothers, and those that came before. We fear that if we allow ourselves to shine, if we embrace our bodies and our sexuality, if we achieve greatness then we will loose our Mothers love, for how can we be better than her. It is out of loyalty that we keep ourselves small. Working on a Soul level allows us to see the truth to acknowledge the pain, to grieve the loss and let the wound go.
