There’s a strange guilt around rest these days.
Like if you’re not doing something, you should be.
But your body doesn’t work like that.
Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is actually stop.
Not scroll. Not half-switch off. Properly stop.
Reflexology gives your system a chance to catch up - to settle, reset, and just breathe for a bit.
And weirdly… everything feels a bit easier after.
