Early-onset cancers are becoming more common worldwide (cancers diagnosed in people under 50). Many younger adults don’t realise they may have risk factors. Or that certain symptoms deserve a second look, simply because cancer still feels like an “older person’s disease.”
This February, in the lead up to World Cancer Day, we’re launching the Check In Campaign: a month-long series designed to make health awareness clearer, simpler, and more accessible.
We’ll be sharing:
• The most important questions to ask your doctor.
• Practical lifestyle and wellness guidance.
• Evidence-based risk factor information.
• A simple Check In Checklist.
• Symptom awareness posts to support earlier recognition.
Our aim is to help younger adults understand their health with confidence, and to make checking in with your body a natural part of everyday life.

The Pap Test campaign during Breast Cancer Awareness Month sparked conversation and drew attention.

The feedback was clear: the campaign made people pause. That was the goal.

The self-examination infographic was viewed multiple times on the website, and media supported us with broadcast interviews.
