South Africa is losing far too many of its women.

Every day, we hear another name... another daughter, mother, sister, friend whose life was taken by violence.
It is a heartbreak that sits heavy on all of us because no woman should have to live in fear in her own country.

Our work has always been about more than muscles, movement and recovery.
It is about women.
Their safety, their stories, their healing and their dignity.

We created this space to be a refuge.
A place where women are heard, believed, supported and held with compassion. A place where your body, your pain and your experiences are treated with the softness and respect they deserve.

We stand with every woman who has survived violence.
We honour every woman whose life was stolen.

And we remain committed to being a small part of the healing and support that South African women deserve.
To every woman who walks through our doors you matter, your story matters and your life is precious.
