Managed to convince Judith to share her famous OLIVE OIL DRESSING with us 🫒

Perfect with fresh salads, warm winter roast vegetables, coleslaw, or even a tuna ‘mayo’ mix. Remember to choose quality tahini and organic ingredients whenever possible for added flavor and nutrients.

RECIPE ⬇️
100ml olive oil
50ml apple cigar vinegar
1 tsp tahini
1/2 tsp honey
1 tsp mayonnaise
Salt/ herbs to taste

Mix all together and enjoy
