Studio-J re-opening for this year on Wednesday 2nd February. Join the Studio, special fees for February, R400 pm for once a week and R 650 pm for twice a week. Classes are at 0900-1000. Depending on demand, there will be evening classes offered at 1800-1900.

Qualifying as a Yoga teacher in 2000 brought me unexpected bonuses. Not only am I able to help many Students improve their well-being and enjoyment of life, but also - in my small and friendly studio - I’ve made many lasting friendships. I can and do help my Students to push and extend their limits and it never has to be a ‘heavy mission’.
