Yo guys and welcome if you're new!
So what originally led me into this incredible sphere of Psychology first and then on to specialise in Life Coaching would most definitely be my own life experiences, trials and also triumphs so far as a very “imperfect” human being (I say that now proudly, but I didn't always).
My journey started after seeking help and seeing a life coach myself many years ago and within an environment of love, care and encouragement I was able to just talk, be seen and be heard for what felt like the first time in forever, and then really dig deep and re-connect with my true self again mentally, physically and spiritually and within that lens I was able to finally gain clarity on a vision for my future (which amazingly becoming a coach became part of it during my process, but wasn't initially) and then really get creative, map my own way forward towards this dream I created in realistic, achievable step by step goals.
So back at the time when I was a client It just felt like the weight of the world was lifted off my shoulders and I was able to just believe in myself again, have focus, have direction, have goals and move the hell on from a life of thinking negatively, behaving badly, working odd jobs, feeling lost and having uncertainty about myself and my future. Through Coaching I got my life back and so much more. I feel now it was without doubt the most incredible, empowering and sustainable experience and was definitely where the fruits that I get to harvest today were once planted for sure.
So long story short...fast forward 10 amazing and transformative years and here I am living out that vision completely and so much more, that dream which was once just a little spark I had in coaching back in the day is now my life, and honestly if I can do it, you can, anyone can, but the coaching environment is what nurtured that spark!
Now having said that...
Know that none of this is actually about me, none of it, myself and everything here is for...and all about you!! What is your story so far, what is your vision for the future and what shifts could you make to bring that future to life?
At the end of the day, I want for you to have your own subjective experience of what I had because the life coaching experience is something to be shared and definitely not to be kept secret and that is a core drive I hold.
