Hey guys! guess who’s back, doing all the things again ! 🥳😅 Man, it’s been tough getting back into the swing of things, finding time for myself as a new mom and now 5 months post partum. I am finally at a point where I’m starting to feel somewhat normal. I have been able to get to do most things by now , however my body has definitely changed and is not the same as pre baby, it had performed an absolute miracle and I’m so grateful for my body and health. Here’s to navigating through this new phase in my life and having fun ! Enjoying the journey and trusting the process and learning to be kind to myself. Thanks to for making my workouts even more enjoyable 😉 floor

We are 6 weeks post partum C-section and got clearance from my doctor 🥳👏🙏🏻 celebrated with an easy paced 5km big walk this weekend, and thoroughly enjoyed the outdoors ☀️

Still making it in time for Women’s Month 🙏🏻

I have been in my own little love bubble with my new found family of 3. Welcoming our son into this world Alhamdullilaah 🩵

I have found a new appreciation for all the mama’s and mama’s to be out there. I get it and I understand! I am truly amazed and in awe of what the female body is capable of!

Please take care of yourselves , mentally , emotionally, physically and spiritually. It is a beautiful journey and I am even more so excited for life right now . Always fill your cups mama bears 😍 and be patient and kind to yourselves .

Just out here absorbing every little moment and being present
