From working in underserved, school-based communities to supporting employee wellness programs and individual support. As a registered counsellor, I am passionate about creating a safe, compassionate space where individuals can explore their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences without fear of judgment. I believe that every person’s story matters and that we all deserve support through life’s challenges, transitions, and healing processes.

Big feelings are part of being human — but learning how to sit with them, understand them, and gently calm our bodies is a life skill.

When we pause to breathe, name what we’re feeling, and offer ourselves compassion, we teach our nervous system that it’s safe to slow down.

Today’s gentle reminder: You don’t need to fix your emotions , you just need to listen to them.

• Notice one feeling in your body
• Offer yourself kindness
