A fun way for a busy Goddess to keep fit, feel great & look amazing! Dance warm up with international dancer, Yogina Makan Bougtab, Bootcamp Cardio with personal trainer Mary Garelli and Yoga cool down with Hatha Yoga instructor, Deevya Vasson. Bring along a bottle of water, towel and yoga mat, if you have one.
