A time to exhale.
To pause.
To reflect on what this year so far has asked of me and what it has offered.

We often think of harvest as a season of fullness … But sometimes, it’s also about gathering wisdom, clarity and self-awareness.

Ask yourself gently:
🌾 What has grown within me this year?
🌼 What needs more space or nurturing?
🍂 What am I ready to let go of even if I
once thought I needed it?

This month is less about pushing forward, it’s more about realigning.
Less noise. More noticing.
Less striving. More trust.

💫 Am I still walking in the direction of my
truth?
💫 Where can I choose softness over
struggle?
💫 What would shift if I let grace lead the
way?

August isn’t asking for perfection.
It’s asking for presence.

A return to what matters most - quietly, honestly and in my own time, realising this especially after saying goodbye to someone so dear who has passed away.

Perhaps doing this even more tenderly than before.

𝐃𝐨𝐧𝐭 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤!

That simple sentence hit me hard!
How often do we let thoughts run wild, without pausing to ask, “𝑰𝒔 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒏 𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒆?”

We absorb so much - opinions, judgments, doubts, comparisons and before we know it, we’re carrying thoughts that don’t serve us or even belong to us.

Today, I’m choosing discernment over automatic belief. I’m slowing down enough to feel the difference, because sometimes, peace isn’t about changing your thoughts, it’s about realizing which ones never belonged to you in the first place!
