When I asked a new nutrition coaching client to give me an indication of what I could assist him with, this was his response...CLASSIC and so well said:

"I will never forget when we safely reached our destination in Gauteng, making use of a GPS, my 8 year boy saying:
“It was awfully nice of this lady to tell us where to go, otherwise we would have gotten lost!?”
And that sums up my expectation of these sessions: .. “It will be awfully nice of you to tell me where to go, otherwise I can get lost …….!?"
