We've all come across at least one of these statements.
Unfortunately both society and media are accountable for numerous misconceptions with regards to weight loss.
Hundreds of Fad diets, magic fat loss pills, surgeries, and bro-science nutrition advice has created a negative stigma around weight loss.
To "successfully" lose weight you have to eat 2 carrot sticks, a grain of rice, the illusion of a chicken breast and basically starve yourself to death. This is counter productive as your body will always fight to survive and will result in your body holding onto unwanted fat.
