November is Men's Health Awareness Month, a time dedicated to highlighting the challenges men face when it comes to mental health and to encouraging open conversations. Mental health affects everyone, but men often experience particular barriers to seeking help.

10/11/2025

National Disability Rights Awareness Month is celebrated in South Africa every year from 3 November to 3 December. The final day, 3 December, is also known as the International Day of Persons with Disabilities and National Disability Rights Awareness Day.
A disability is the result of an impairment that can affect a person physically, mentally, emotionally, or in how they sense or understand the world. It may be present from birth or develop later in life. This month reminds us to break down barriers and take real action to improve the lives of people with disabilities.
