We recruit only professional transcribers. This means people who have or are working in the legal, medical, academic or general transcription field for a living. In addition to our initial personality profiling, our transcribers are also continually assessed to ensure that they meet and maintain our standards of excellence. Our Training:
We provide all our transcribers with intensive and ongoing training in very specific fields of transcription. We focus on general training such as language, grammar, accuracy and speed as well as on terminology and understanding the subject matter they will be working in. Many of our team members are qualified legal, medical or academic professionals or are studying towards qualifications in these fields. Our Quality Control:
Our transcribers must meet a set of metrics that is assessed on a rolling 30 day basis in order to continue working with us. This ensures that, not only do our customers have access to the best of the best, but our transcribers can continually improve their skill level and expand into different fields of transcription as well. New transcribers are kept under strict supervision and their work is proofread before delivery to a customer for at least their first 60 days of employment to ensure quality of the highest standard.
