Today presented a perfect morning for a full Reiki session...
Working with the essoteric bodies brought emotional trauma releases, like I never experienced before and I just realized again how extremely important it is to take care of one self.
So blessed to work with Reiki Healing Energy and being able to help others as an instrument to bring healing, even from emotional trauma that is not always known.
