I joined herbalife two months ago, my goal was to lose belly fat but got to learn that I had to lose all the unnecessary fats my body stored. I couldn't choose where I could lose fat. I had to change my lifestyle. I woke up with my Herbalife tea and substituted two meals with my favorite vanilla Herbalife shake and increased my water intake to 2L a day. I also became active, started with 10 minutes jump rope and as time went on I added more exercises. Weeks passed my transformation started showing in my old clothes. I am happy with the results I got and still continue to achieve more amazing results💃💃💃
