A great soul was laid to rest today, a dear friend and colleague of my husband. You think you understand grief on an intellectual, psychological and even spiritual level, but then it surprises you again.

Grief is such an emotional roller-coaster. Many theories try to explain an experience that really is so deeply personal. And yet it's one of those universal things we will all experience.

May the road rise up to meet you, until we meet again our dear friend.

Every year I can feel an elevation in my spirit as we move closer to spring. How apt that I have officially moved into my permanent office space at Engelmed as the season is starting to change. Almost feels like a new beginning. May these four walls bring healing, health and wellbeing to many lives.

I have been reminded again that grief is the price we pay for love. Roses from my rose garden that honours those that I have loved and lost. We grow through the pain. It is beautiful amidst the tragedy. Two truths existing at the same time.

We were so honoured to have been invited to the premier of the new movie Ezra. Both our director and our chairperson were able to watch, and had this to say about the movie.

Ezra is a beautiful compelling narrative about a families journey with their Autistic son. It is complex but yet deeply empathetic whilst exploring our insecurities with difference in our so called 'Normal World'. As Chair of Autism SA and as a mother of an Autistic Teenager, I would highly recommend that everybody sees this thought provoking brilliant portrayal of a side of life that is depicted with emotional intelligence, integrity and love. - Rachel Tambo Jewellery

Getting excited to expand how I think about the brain and thinking out the box to find strategies to build happy, healthy and fulfilling lives.
