Our kiddie kinetic classes will resume this Saturday.

Due to the high demand, we may have to move classes to the TMS Sports Complex, located in Laudium.

Classes include strength and conditioning, endurance, flexibility, sport specific games as well and calisthenics.

This diverse field of study uses different measurement and analysis techniques to help optimize movement and function of the human body.

Video analysis can be a good way of identifying incorrect form or helping achieve the optimal movement for a certain activity

This slow motion video allows one to identify whether compensations are taking place and where they may be coming from.

Form is key. If you perfect your form, your results will always be better.

Give it a go with your deadlift or bench press or normal squat, see where you can improve,you'll be surprised by your results.

For many of us, it isn't that easy to just adopt a diet and follow it for a lengthy period of time.
The above hadith (scripture) provides an easy and effective way of dealing with unnecessary weight gain, lethargy, or disease.
Physical ailments attack and harm the body and alter its normal functions, because of an excess amount of a substance.

When one wishes to exceeds what is enough, he should reserve a third of his stomach for his food, a third for water or drink and a third for breathing.
This is the best method of eating for both the body and the heart.

When the stomach is full, there will not be enough space for drinking. If one does drink on a full stomach, one's breathing will become difficult...
Thus bringing about laziness and fatigue.
