Spring is here, which means smoothie season is in full swing! πΌ
This one will be your new post-workout go-to smoothie. π
Ingredients:
1 cup of mango pieces
1/2 a cup of pineapple pieces
1 cup of coconut water
1/2 teaspoon of Organic Choice Turmeric & Ginger Honey
The coconut water is a wonderful source of electrolytes, while the turmeric and ginger are great for reducing inflammation which can help with muscle soreness.
