We offer yoga, teacher training, meditation classes, Pilates, reiki healing, massage, workshops and more!

This September the 9:00am -10:00 yoga class on a Friday will have a yummy extra included to give you easy tools to manage daily stress and health.

Gentlemen, Dave is back this weekend with another Man Cave event at 2 Wild Olive Street 💛

“After the great feedback received from the first event. We are holding another Man Cave.

The purpose of this event is to allow men to harness the power of the masculine energy. We will teach you tools to cultivate this energy and how to integrate it positively into your life.

We are not going to teach you what it means to be a man. We believe that every man needs to decide what constitutes masculinity for themself. The event is merely a container for self exploration.

What makes the event so potent is the added energy from a group of like minded men who are working on bettering themselves. This sense of community superchargers the experience.

Making change is really difficult... alone. It is far more manageable when you have a support network encouraging you and holding you accountable.”

Do you need some healing touch? 🤲🏾 ✨

We have a range of such services offered at the WOHC:

1. Sports Massage
A release of tension, stress and any muscular spasms or pain. As well as lymphatic drainage

2. Reiki
A relaxing and calming experience where universal love is channeled from the practitioner's palms to the client's energy field, sometimes using touch.

3. Partner meditation
The focus here is on tuning in with your own breath and then matching your breathing to your friend/partner/family member or anyone you trust. The focus is then to create balance and tune into your partner's energy; meeting them where they are at. A very special experience.
