After completing the 31 Simple Shifts Series with you all over December took a bit of time to reflect, let the conversations flow and see where my energy would take me.

With intention im now listening with an even clearer ear, and am getting ready to see how this next chapter of the May May Method unfolds.

New sessions at the studio will be up on mesawstudio.com by the end of tomorrow and The May May Method - Core Reset will launch in Feb.

Taking these few days to listen and allow showed me just how much growth there has been in me. By using the simple shifts over December I allowed my nervous system to remain regulated (98% of the time) and realised just how in total acceptance I have become with the life around me.

I look forward to allowing things to naturally unfold (with clear intention too) ✨️
