Your Complete Routine for Dry & Dehydrated Skin
Hydration is not just about what you put on your skin — it’s about how you layer and protect it, morning and night. Here’s a routine designed to restore water balance, reinforce the barrier, and keep skin comfortable throughout the day.
Morning Routine
1. Cleanse – Facial Cleanser
Gentle foaming with mild salicylic acid balanced by soothing ingredients. Tip: always use lukewarm water, never hot.
2. Serum – Intense HA Serum
Apply to slightly damp skin for better absorption and maximum hydration.
3. Moisturiser – Moisture Control Light
A silky hydrator that locks in moisture without feeling greasy — ideal for daytime wear.
4. SPF – Solar Advanced SPF 30
Daily protection that helps maintain hydration while defending skin. Lightweight, perfect under makeup, with medium protection and moisture support.
Evening Routine
1. Cleanse – Facial Cleanser
Double cleanse to remove makeup, sunscreen and impurities.
2. Exfoliate (2–3× per week) – Refine Foliant
Smooths, brightens, and clears the way for deeper hydration. Always follow with a rich serum and moisturiser, ideally topped with an occlusive cream at night.
3. Serum – Intense HA Serum
Apply after exfoliation or cleansing to restore hydration.
4. Moisturiser – Moisture Control Ultra
Rich and nourishing, designed for skin that needs intensive overnight support.
5. Mask (1–2× per week)
– Hydra-Derm HA Mask overnight for an intensive moisture boost
– Dermal Reconstitution Mask for barrier recovery and soothing relief
Pro Tips: Exfoliating When Skin is Dry or Dehydrated
• Start slow: 1–2× per week and monitor for tightness, flaking or irritation.
• Don’t layer too many strong actives in one night (exfoliants + retinol + acids).
• Use lukewarm water — hot water strips essential moisture.
• Always moisturise right after exfoliation while skin is slightly damp, and lock it in with a rich cream overnight.
• SPF is non-negotiable — exfoliation makes skin more UV-sensitive.
• Patch test new products, especially if your barrier feels compromised.
Clear. Hydrate. Protect. Repair. That’s the key to keeping dry and dehydrated skin healthy, supple, and resilient.
