Ons het weer 'n waterpunt by die Medihelp Sunrise Monster beman! Prettige dag gehad en lekker aangemoedig! Die weer was vanjaar goed vir ons. Baie geluk aan almal wat deelgeneem het en dankie aan almal wat vroeg opgestaan het om die wedloop so klopdisselboom te laat verloop.

Congratulations to Hoërskool Waterkloof and Swem for a great day at the pool! Had so much fun during this event to raise funds for a heat pump. The kids did great and kept going for the full 6 hour relay. Our team 🏊‍♀️🏊🏊‍♂️ 20.7kms and we are super proud of them🎉🎉🎉

Just a quick reminder:

Regular physical activity is vital for good physical and mental health. It helps improve your overall health and fitness, maintain a healthy weight, reduce your risk for many chronic diseases and promote good mental health.

Movement is essential for supporting your overall health. A minimum of 150 minutes per week of moderately intense aerobic exercise is recommended. Spending less time sitting and more time being active for five-plus hours a week can provide you with increased benefits.
