💦 A little extra excitement at our Spring Swim Gala… 💦

Before each event, Coaches Ruanco and Ruben “demonstrated” the strokes for our swimmers. But when instructors say “it’s not about winning, it’s about swimming your personal best”… well, let’s just say their competitive spirit had other plans! 😅

Coach Ruanco bravely challenged Coach Ruben – who is ten years his junior – to an all-out race. Ruben shot through the water like a bullet, taking freestyle, backstroke, and breaststroke. But Ruanco had a big sigh of relief! when he powered through to win the butterfly 🏆

Well done to both coaches for showing our swimmers that passion, fun, and a touch of friendly rivalry make the pool an even better place! 👏💙

🎳💥 STRIKE A POSE… WITH A WIG! 💇‍♂️🎳

After a term full of splashes, strokes, and giant scuba strides, our amazing team of swim instructors traded in their goggles and fins for bowling shoes (and some seriously colorful wigs) for a well-deserved team building night! 💃🕺

What better way to kick off the winter break than with some friendly competition, a few questionable bowling techniques, and enough rainbow wigs to start our own circus troupe? 🌈

Big shoutout to this fun, hardworking crew who’ve made the term unforgettable for all our students. 💙 Enjoy your break, you’ve earned it!
