Curves, Courage, and the Climb: My Journey Is Still Unfolding

This body didn’t arrive by accident. It’s been shaped by sweat, tears, discipline, and deep self-love. Every curve tells a story—of resilience, of transformation, of choosing myself again and again.

I’ve worked hard to get here. Not just physically, but emotionally, spiritually, and creatively. There were days I doubted, days I wanted to hide, days I felt like I wasn’t enough. But I kept showing up—for myself, for my vision, for the life I’m building.

And I’m not done.

This photo isn’t just a celebration of my shape—it’s a declaration. That beauty comes in every size, every texture, every rhythm. But it’s not just about how we look. It’s about how we live in our bodies. How we honor them, move with them, speak through them. Advancement doesn’t come from fitting in—it comes from embodying who we truly are.

So here I am. Bold. Soft. Strong. Sensual. Sacred. Still climbing. Still becoming.

If you’re on your own journey—know this: your body is not a problem to solve. It’s a story to live. And you deserve to live it fully.

Today is sit and contemplate what my fitness and health journey means to me. And if I am still true to me.

And wow dit I get a cick in the gut but my inner self.

There is a time in ones life where you need to ask am a being true to me. Am I being my authentic self, staying to the values that made me start.

And the answe is not 100%. And that wasn't the answer I wanted.

When you go on a journey like this you need to focus mind body and soul. Why because you get sucked in to other things pulled left and right and en up wanting to please everyone and you cant.

I believe that we all have a tribe and its ok to visit other tribes but we nees to stay authentic and not want ri fit into other tribes and leave our own tribe behind.

Your tribe will come to yiu no matter how weird or boring or old school you are.

So how do we find the true self. By embarking on a journey with ppl who will help you grow into that beutifull being you where meant to be. There is so mutch information out there we end up not doing because we so overwhelmed we just leave it.

I cant tell you how hour journey should look like but I can tel you mine and I hope by me redeciverign and getting back to the real me again it will inspire yiu to do the same.

Your back works hard every day—give it the love it deserves! 🧘‍♀️💙

✅ Try the "Cat-Cow Stretch" to release tension, improve mobility, and keep your spine happy!

🔥 How to do it:
1️⃣ Start on all fours, hands under shoulders, knees under hips.
2️⃣ Inhale and arch your back, lifting your head and tailbone (Cow Pose).
3️⃣ Exhale and round your spine, tucking your chin to your chest (Cat Pose).
4️⃣ Repeat slowly for 10-15 breaths, letting your spine feel the movement.

✨ Benefits:

🔹 Boosts flexibility & mobility
🔹 Helps posture & spinal health

Ingredients:

✅ Stand tall with feet shoulder-width apart
✅ Engage your core & keep your chest up
✅ Lower your body by bending your knees & pushing hips back
✅ Keep weight in your heels & knees in line with your toes 🚀
✅ Go as low as comfortable, then drive up through your heels
