Egg Shakshouka Vibes

It’s raining, it’s chilly, and honestly… it’s the perfect excuse to make something warm, spicy, and a little dramatic in the best way. 🤭🔥

My girls, this Egg Shakshouka is giving comfort, it’s giving balance, it’s giving “I’m nourishing my body AND enjoying every bite.”

Who said healthy can’t be fun? 😍✨
Save this one for your next lazy, rainy morning!

🥣 Egg Shakshouka Recipe

Ingredients:

2 tbsp coconut oil
1 medium onion, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
¼ tsp chili powder
1 can chopped peeled tomatoes
4 large eggs
Salt & pepper to taste
2 thin slices 100% rye bread

INSTRUCTIONS:

Heat coconut oil over medium heat.

Add onion + red pepper; sauté until soft and smelling amazing.

Add garlic and spices — this is where the magic happens. ✨

Pour in tomatoes and season, and let it simmer.

Make 4 little wells and drop in your eggs like the queen you are.

Cook 5–8 minutes (cover to speed things up!).

Serve immediately with rye bread for a complete, balanced meal.
