Craving something sweet… but still want to stay on track? 🍉✨

This Watermelon Sorbet is your go-to guilt-free treat — refreshing, light, and made with just a few simple ingredients 🙌

🍉 WATERMELON SORBET

Ingredients:

• 1 handful watermelon, peeled & cubed
• 1 tbsp sweetener
• Juice & zest of 1/4 fresh lime
• Fresh mint & lime wedges to garnish

Directions:

1️⃣ Freeze your watermelon cubes for at least 4 hours or overnight
2️⃣ Blend frozen watermelon, sweetener, lime juice & zest until smooth
3️⃣ Transfer to a dish and freeze for 1–2 hours until scoopable
4️⃣ Scoop, garnish & enjoy! 😍

1. Cutting carbs
Cutting carbs completely often leads to low energy, cravings, and eventually overeating.

✅ Instead:
Eat carbs that keep you full — fruits, veggies, oats, sweet potatoes, rye bread.
They help with energy, digestion, and keeping cravings under control.

2. Endless cardio
More cardio isn’t always better. Too much can stress your body and increase hunger.
